  • Value Propositions: what kind of differentiating valued qualities do you offer (functionality, efficiency ,convenience, social status, economy?)
  • Customer Segments: how do you differentiate your clients?
  • Channels: How do you deliver value? Awareness right thru to aftersales.
  • Customer Relationships: how do you interact with clients? (Self-Service, Salespersons, Community, etc.)
  • Revenue Streams: how do you generate revenue? (sales, subscription, rentig ,advertisement?)
  • Key Activities: how do you generate value?
  • Key Resources: what do you rely on to deliver? (Knowledge, Infrastructure, Financial, People)?
  • Key Partnerships: Suppliers? Market Creators? Distributors?
  • Cost Structure: what costs arise from creating/delivering value (Key Activities, Key Resources)
