Summary
What ARM should have looked like. Unless (maybe) someone writes an extension to IT:AD:YAML.
It will be a cold day in hell before MS uses a Google idea…Still one could hope.
But at present it's not available, so no use crying over it, and just get on with using IT:AD:ARM until then.
PS: Maybe IT:AD:TerraForm should look at what it offers to give it some ideas…
