An MS specific container technology.
I'm guessing it won't be available any time soon (ie, not in Windows Server 2016).
Until then, consider IT:AD:Spoon, IT:AD:Vagrant, and maybe IT:AD:Docker if it becomes available on MS Servers any time soon.
