The Discovery process covers:

• Discovering the Business Case for a new application
  • conception: getting an idea of how to add value…
  • Business Case: Should we continue with it?
• discovering the Business Processes of a client or market,
• Optionally, discovering the marketing requirements.
• Making a rough Cost Estimate,
• Making a rough Cost Benefit Analysis * Make a rough Return on Investment (ROI) analysis,
• Outline the scope and size of the project.

As part of this Process, several documents are developed as deliverables, including:
