- Value Propositions: what kind of differentiating valued qualities do you offer (functionality, efficiency ,convenience, social status, economy?)
- Customer Segments: how do you differentiate your clients?
- Channels: How do you deliver value? Awareness right thru to aftersales.
- Customer Relationships: how do you interact with clients? (Self-Service, Salespersons, Community, etc.)
- Revenue Streams: how do you generate revenue? (sales, subscription, rentig ,advertisement?)
- Key Activities: how do you generate value?
- Key Resources: what do you rely on to deliver? (Knowledge, Infrastructure, Financial, People)?
- Key Partnerships: Suppliers? Market Creators? Distributors?
- Cost Structure: what costs arise from creating/delivering value (Key Activities, Key Resources)
* The central focus of the board is the What value is created for the customer groups? * The board also sumarise cost versus revenue streams, and therefore sustainability.
