Summary
A 6D/ process, Define is the process of taking what was found during the IT:AD:Discovery process, in order to define the Requirements of a solution that will add value to the project stakeholders business.
- It's not a trivial process, and thought has to be put into this phase. Or else: SPANK IT/.
Deliverables
Several IT:AD:Documentation are developed as Deliverables are produced during this 6D/ process:
- HLRD: the “High Level Requirements Document”
- FRD: the “Functional Requirements Document”
- NFRD: the “Non-Functional Requirements Document”
- IT:AD:Documentation:Software Requirements Specification (SRS) Document:the “Software Requirements Specifications Document” – the combination of the two.
