Summary
When working with two versions of the same document (eg: SomeDocument.docx and SomeDocument-CommentedByJS.docx) it can be useful to visibly differentiate which one is SomeDocument-CommentedByJS.docx.
Process
In Word's Menu:
* Action DESIGN
* Action PageColor…
Obviously, try not to save the doc afterwards – but this is not often a problem as documents opened from an email are ReadOnly.
