SSH-Add is installed when you install IT:AD:Git For Windows
It's installed to: %userprofile%\appdata\programs\git\usr\bin
If you follow the instructions (Install) to configure PATH, the IT:AD:SSH-KEYGEN and IT:AD:SSH-ADD will be available from within IT:AD:Powershell, and not just IT:AD:Git Bash.
