* Find the SQL script that was installed:

• Create a new Db (called NetSqlAzManStorage to match what’s in the script…but you can change it if need be).
• Switch to the newly created db,
• run the script to screate the necessary tables:

* Once created, find the custom MMC:

• Open the MMC.
