To get out from TeamCity, I used:

 hg --config http_proxy.host=CORPwgpx1:80 http_proxy.user=DEV\Ciel http_proxy.passwd=XYZ

• When Updating, getting SSL Error: Unknown Protocol [command returned code 255…]
  • Check the Proxy. UserName, or Password expired
• From TeamCity, could not get to Bitbucket
  • This is a IT:AD:TeamCity:Hg issue, but the encoding of UserName and Pwd on the hg ... is useful to know about.
