IT:AD:Azure:IaaS:Virtual Machine:Create Using A Generalized Image

It is easy to spin up a new VM from a Microsoft default image (using either the Portal or IT:AD:Powershell).

But often one has an enterprise image one wants to use as the basis for new images (maybe preconfigured with IT:AD:AppLocker, an AV, IIS configured a certain way, etc.).
