IT:Apple:AppStore:HowTo:Get App Store Certificates

All iOS certs need nto be signed before they can run on an Apple device.
- TODO: CLARIFY: Dev apps are signed as well?
Important: you use the certs to sign the Provisioning Profiles.
You need two different Certificates:
- For Dev Distribution to TestFlight:
  - The certificate must be an iOS Development Certificate
  - The certificate's private key is used by XCode to sign your app
  - The developer certificate is only valid for a limited time (about a month).
  - The certificate can be revoked by The Apple Worldwide Developer Relations Certificate Authority
  - For Kiwibank:
    - Anand DevGroup, Exp: 2013-02-17
    - Used to sign the following Provisioning Profiles:
      
      Kiwibank Development Non Wildcard
      
      iOS Team Provision Profile: *
- Prod Distribution to AppStore:
  - The certificate can be revoked by The Apple Worldwide Developer Relations Certificate Authority
  - Used to sign the following Provisioning Profiles:
    - Kiwibank Limited, Exp 2013-02-18

Process
