Summary
Supposedly one can fall asleep in 60 seconds. It's called the 4-7-8 technique.
Process
Start by exhaling then: * Exhale deeping, making a whoosh sound. * Breath in through the nose for 4 seconds. * Hold for 7 * Breath out through the mouth for 8 seconds, making a whoosh sound. * Start again…about 3 times should do it.
