A Requirement is an Obligation, Recommendation, Discretionary Activity or Prohibition design or development Constraint on how to achieve defined Objectives.
A common error when developing Requirements is not defining:
- Rationale
- Fit (ie, the test that will be used to define the result is acceptable).
