IT:AD:K2:HowTo:Redirect a Workflow to another User
Summary
When testing, with Pulse or other WF scenario, it's common to start a WF from a website or file drop, and redirect it to oneself or another user.
Process
- Open the K2 Workspace http://localhost:81/workspace
- Go to the Management tab
- First ensure the workflow is listed:
- Drill down to [ServerName]/Workflow Server/Processes/[Name]/[Process]/Instances
- Once you see it, let's reassign it:
- Drill down to [ServerName/Workflow Server/Worklist
- Find the workflow, and reassign it to yourself or another.
Now go see it in Pulse.
