Situation
It's always when you start a new Project and look for something you expect to be there that it is gone…
Ie, you've looking at [VS][K2 Object Broswer][Environment] and not seeing [Fields] under Category Server.
Solution
Right Click drop down arrow (top right of K2 Object Browswer).
You'll see Add New Field…
