  • Note that the local rep will get CC'ed in.

If generating new license go to Start/K2 Setup Manager, start it, first or second screen gives required info (SN/ExpDate/etc.)

NOTE:
Not very intuitive, but on Setup Manager, after entering new License Key 
there is a radio option to **only** update K2 Server License, 
without disrupting everything else.  

If the license was expired, rnsure in Services that it is restarted…

SC START "K2 Blackpearl Server"

Navigate to:

http://{servername}:81/workspace/Navigation/Navigation.aspx

• When installing, you'll be shown a System Key, and prompted for the related License Key.
• Click the Key Request Link
• Fill in form
• You will get an Email
  • Note that the local rep will get CC'ed in.
