Starting in VS 2012, can share the solution with VS 2010

The Constraints are:
- Must be .NET20 or higher
- Not all projects can be round tripped.

  - Mostly, watch out for:
    - *.MSI setup projects
    - SQL Server Express LocalDB
    - MVC2
    - Sharepoint 2007
    - Silverlight 4 & 5
    - Check the list for sure…
  - What does work:
    - Unit tests
    - CS Projects
    - Code Analysis
    - Database projects
    - WCF
    - Wev applications
    - Sharepoint 2010
