IT:AD:Sencha Touch:Reference:HowTo:Install

• Download:
  • The Sencha Touch SDK
  • The Sencha Touch SDK Tools

* Downlaod the Sencha Touch SDK

• Download SDK
• An email will be sent with a link to download a sencha-touch-2.1.0-commercial.zip

* Unpack the files in a directory that you will point to with IIS.

• You could do it in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\sencha-touch\, although I'm sure you could do better, considering you'll be copying/making one of these installs per application.
• In my case my initial install was in d:\IIS\touch\
  * when unpacked, will look like:

* Downlaod the Sencha Touch SDK Tools

• Download SDK Tools
• Select the right OS, and download.
• You'll download SenchaSDKTools-2.0.0-beta3-windows.exe
• Installs to C:\Program Files (x86)\SenchaSDKTools-2.0.0-beta3

• Consider

  • Installing Java first.
  • Then Eclipse
