#### Effective Meetings ####

To cut the waffle, try the following: 

0. Send out an email detailing the reason, and agenda of the meeting before.

0. Hand out the agenda at the start of the meeting



#### Regarding Standup Meetings ####
They're very effective. As long as you send out what to expect to hear when they open their mouth.

    0. What they have accomplished.
    0. What's they are doing
         0. what's giving them trouble
         0. Who their plan is to get past it/who they will get in touch with to help.
    0. What they will do next
