## Configuration ##

* In Start > All Users > Startup, place

Syntax:

    bginfo [configuration file] [options]
    /TIMER:nn
    /POP
    /TASKBAR
    /ALL
    /LOG:path
    /SILENT
    /RTF:path
    /NOLICPROMPT

A solution is to: 

* Create a directory (doesn't work under %system32%): 
> `%WinDir%\BgInfo`  

* Ensure:Give it **Full** rights to all *Authenticated Users*
* Create a shortcut in *Startup All*
    * Do not use `/ALL`, as it requires `Admin` rights
    * Starts in `%sysinternals%`  

>`"%sysinternals%\Bginfo.exe " /i:%windir%\bginfo\bginfo.bgi /timer:0`

* Run BGinfo, *without admin rights*, setup as desired. 
* Save Settings to `%windir%\bginfo\bginfo.bgi`
* Save `Background` to same directory.
* Close `BgInfo`
* Run `bginfo.bat` file to check.
* `Logoff`, `Logon`, and see what happens.
