The purpose of this document section is to provide a comprehensive summary of the Project's Motivation, High Level Functional Requirements, Services required and the Systems needed to deliver them.

Provide a Factually Correct, Concise, Summary of the Document's Primary Points.
Summarize the key Problems or Opportunities the Solution addresses.
Summarize the key elements to the above Problems/Opportunities the Solution provides.

At this point in time the scope of the Solution described within the rest of this Section and the rest of the Solution Architecture Description (SAD) does are the following Goals, Services or Systems.
