This document section provides the document's purpose, intended audience, structure, conventions used, glossary, maintenance and location where it can be found in the Organisation's datastores.

This document's purpose is intended to describe to technical stakeholders – and non-technical stakeholders interested in understanding the technical features – a solution to a business need, its compliance with the organisation's standard requirements, its development, its subsequent operation, maintenance, and support once brought into service.

The complexity of the solution is broken down and described in a series of curated Views, prepared from the point of view of key Stakeholder role groups.

The solution’s model is documented using industry standards conventions, demonstrating that it meets both specific business requirements and common organisation specifications.

The structure of this document follows recommended industry standards to present curated views of the solution's model, from the viewpoint of appropriate stakeholder roles.

For a description of each view, refer to the Appendices.

This document is organized as per industry recommendations ¹⁾, and uses industry recognized diagram notations (Archimate ²⁾, UML³⁾) to describe various concerns of the solution.

This document is intended for multiple audiences.
