### Considerations ###

Kits are made for mass appeal, to be delivered to locations where lots of people live.  If the location is high winds, coastal, etc. expect the prices to go up.

They're also designed for low cost construction, which will limit the ability to resell the house in the upper half of market prices for any area.

    * The question is whether they can be made to look like anything more than a bach, and command better sale prices.

    * They offer a half-barn half-house solution. Might be interesting to look further into that, and whether the bays can be used in any way.
