## Summary ##

[[IT/AD/New Era/]]'s cloud service for Education.

* Advantages:
  * In the cloud. 
  * Already has established commercial understandings with N4L for networking.
* Considerations:
  * Getting into a business (DataCenters) that the rest of the market is getting out of. They're expensive to maintain, certified, and hard to compete with pricing of Azure/Amazon who are racing to the bottom and can go much further due to economies of scale due to much more available infrastructure.
  * Focused on IaaS, rather than moving schools towards SaaS/PaaS
  * Pricing is higher than comparable IaaS services, but there is implication that it is more managed (Backup, etc).
