## Control and Command ##
* Windows has Control, Alt
* Mac has Control, Option, //Command// (%)
* On Mac:
    * Control rarely used (seen only when kicking into NANO and other terminal apps)
    * //Command// is mostly used in its place (Cmd-C, Cmd-V, etc.)
* Windows has Alt, Mac has //Option//

## Shortcuts ##

* %SPACE brings up a quick non-editable preview of the file (think Windows Preview Panel).
    * Useful for checking contents of readme's etc.
    * Will not work on executables (scripts, etc.) 
* %S brings up `Spotlight` (think Windows 7 Search functionality) that finds applications
* Lock computer: 
    * Shift-Command-Option-Q: Fast logout (not just lockscreen)
    *
