Process
pvk2pfx.exe -pvk fakeDemoServer.pvk -spc fakeDemoServer.cer -pfx fakeDemoServer.pfx

- Key Database (KDB) file format is used in the IBM HTTP Server. Normal the KDB file is generated by the iKeyman tool.
